General Information: Family Division is the forum for the resolution of legal disputes involving children and/or families. Please call 856-379-2204.

Applications are accepted for Child Support, Child Custody/Visitation and/or Domestic Violence Restraining Orders between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Child Support:

Local: When both parents reside in Camden County or when the custodial residential parent lives in Camden County and the other parent lives elsewhere in the state of New Jersey. Please call 856-379-2200 ext. 3689.
UIFSA: When the custodial residential parent lives in New Jersey and the other parent lives out of state. Please call 856- 379-2000 ext. 3688.
