NOTE: The Atlantic County Superior Court DOES NOT perform general background checks or RAP sheet requests. We cannot compile a complete listing of an individual’s arrests and case history. We can only process requests for case specific records. You may call the New Jersey State Police at (609) 882-2000, extensions: 2291, 2918, or 2303, to see if you qualify to have the N.J.S.P. run a statewide records search. Any questions regarding this policy should be directed to the Criminal Records Unit at (609) 909-8154.
For more information on records requests, follow the link to the administrative directive (links to website: http://www.judiciary.state.nj.us/directive/2011/dir_03_11.pdf) on the main State of NJ Judiciary website explaining the policies and procedures for access to case related court records.
